LIQUID MEN reserves the right to request an identification of the cardholder when it deems it necessary, and also to check directly with the cardholder the veracity of the purchase made in our shop, this procedure uses the Contact data (telephone) that the bank has registered for the cardholder and not those that are provided on the registration form.

POLICY ON CARD PAYMENT

* NO cards accepted if the title is a different person than who is buying.
* You should know that we have systems of verification and validation DATA IN COORDINATION WITH ALL BANKS, TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT PAYMENTS.
* IN THE CASE WHERE THE CLIENT PRESENTS A CLAIM TO THE  BANK NOT ACCEPTING A LEGITIMATE CHARGE MADE IN THE CARD, YOU KNOWLEDGE THAT THE PENALTIES FOR SUCH ACTIONS ARE 20% (ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 193 OF THE GENERAL LAW SECURITIES AND OPERATIONS OF CREDIT) plus fees and taxes collected by bank, THESE CHARGES PLUS THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN TO YOUR CARD, WITHOUT NOTICE OR AUTHORIZATION.
