Policies governing the exchanges and returns of this online store
LIQUID MEN reserves the right to modify these policies without notice, as well as the refusal to make any changes or return of items when it deems it appropriate.
Merchandise changes
Please take into consideration the following rules:
1. Without exception, in person or circumstance, there will be no exchanges of underwear. This measure is for the health and safety of all our customers.
2. The only items subject to change for manufacturing defects and / or assembly are: SHIRTS, T-SHIRTS AND ACCESSORIES.
3. The change is made solely by an article of the same.
4. You may apply for an exchange of goods within the period of 8 days after purchase, after this date there are no exchanges.
To apply for an exchange, you must report the item or garment within the period established for that purpose, LIQUID MEN may at any time verify the date of receipt of the order with the courier company used to deliver the goods to the customer.
Upon receiving the exchange request by the client LIQUID MEN will provide instructions for returning the defective product. If the requested exchange proceeds then LIQUID MEN undertakes to make the exchange for an item in a period not exceeding 30 days.
The expenses incurred in shipping to our warehouse is borne by the customer, shipping charges generated when sending the garment or product exchange will be covered by LIQUID MEN
LIQUID MEN remains free from liability for making any exchanges under the following circumstances:
A) has been reported after deadline
B) The client has misused the product
C) The article is opened, scratched or abused
D) Not have followed the washing instructions and care for garments, which are described on the label
E) The customer assumes information that is not specified in the item description or requested the wrong item by error.
Returns
Without exception, in person or circumstances we do not make any return of cash
